When you book, you confirm you accept our cancellation policy and that your pool is lesson-ready. We deliver lessons to backyard pools within a 30 km radius of Albury, so please check your address is in our area before booking. Easy rescheduling
Plans change and kids get sick. Just let us know with a minimum of 24 hours and you can find another spot that suits your group or allow another child to attend as a replacement.
Clear cancellation policy
We know life happens! If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours' notice By booking, you accept this policy: give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the spot to someone on our waiting list. With 24 hours notice you have the option to send a replacement swimmer or rebook the lesson (makeup session myst be completed within 3 weeks)

We still teach when it's raining (and other honest answers)
We'll come rain, shine, or anything in between, as long as your pool is safe and ready. Here's how we handle the things you might be wondering about.
Rainy day lessons
Light rain won't cancel us. We're already wet, anyway. Lessons will be paused or rescheduled in the event of lightniing, severe thunderstorms, or heavy downpours that impair visibility.
Pool water temp
We suggest at least 28 degrees for little ones. Cooler is fine for older swimmers.
Clear water, clear lesson
Sparkling, perfectly balanced water is our number one safety priority.Maintaining crystal-clear visibiity ensures our instructors can see every child clearly at all times. Thankyou for keeping your pool pristine, safe, and ready for learning!
You stay close by
Stay within sight and earshot during lessons. For under-sixes, we ask you to stay poolside.
Come as you are
Goggles and swim caps are optional. No fancy gear required, just a swimsuit and a smile.
Safe pool, safe lesson
Working gates that self-close, no hazards nearby, no items leaning against the pool fence and clean water. We'll confirm before the first lesson.
